Just saw DJ Shy not too long ago. I was impressed how she had the nightclub slapping. She played a variety of classic tracks from hip hop and R and B. What I was most impressed with was her mash ups! You’d swear that she had invented the remix. If you ever get to check her out I encourage you to do so!

DJ Shy is AMAZING! She was the DJ for our holiday party, and we got several compliments from our friends on how good the DJ was. Beyond her music selection and mixing skills, she is just a pure pleasure to have in your home or at your party. She is professional, dedicated to her craft, and hard-working.

About Dj Shy

Hello world! You can just call me Shy :). I chose this name since I have always been nervous around crowds, and people in general.
Basically introverted until I feel out of my shell which tends to happen when I play music. It took me a while to get here, I played alone in my room for years before even daring DJing anywhere.
What really helped me, was learning behind the scenes such as working in positions like working as a sound technician, Audio Visual technician , or stage hands, or audio engineering. I mainly did this to condition myself to get used to being around a stage and learning how to operate sound systems! (it’s confusing if you don’t understand lol).
Overtime some courage was built, and one of my good friends was encouraging which helped! As a person I have been told I am , chill, goofy, and random lol. Regardless I feel I can get a long with most people :).
